Rongzhao Yan

Rongzhao Yan has gained diverse work experience in the field of data science. In 2019, they worked as a Data Scientist at Shengqu Game, where they retrieved and processed large amounts of user and game data using SQL and Tidyverse. In 2020, they joined Tongdun Technology as a Data Scientist and contributed to the development of Federated Learning Framework Modules for Fintech Modeling. In this role, they developed encryption methods to ensure data privacy and created feature contribution evaluation modules. In 2021, Rongzhao worked at Fosun Pharma as a Data Scientist, focusing on medical image segmentation for AI diagnosis. Rongzhao preprocessed medical image data and developed a graph neural network model to improve the accuracy of previous image segmentation tasks. Finally, in 2023, they joined Ambit Inc. as a Data Scientist.

Rongzhao Yan completed a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where they studied from 2016 to 2020.
