Lucy Ford

Lucy Ford (Assoc CIPD) has been experienced in various roles within different organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy HR Director at Ambitions Academies Trust since November 2015, with previous roles including Project Manager and Service Improvement Facilitator at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Southampton, and A-Levels in History, Sociology, and Psychology from Twynham School.
