Amanda Dickson has extensive experience in school leadership roles. Amanda began their career as the Head of KS2 at Arnold Junior School in 1994 and held this position until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as the Deputy Head and later as the Head of Primary at the British School of Alexandria. In 2010, they joined Academia Britanica Cuscatleca as the Head of Primary before moving to Ambrosoli International School in 2014, where they currently hold the position of Head of School.
Amanda Dickson began their education at Durham University from 1977 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology & Philosophy. Amanda then pursued further studies at The University of Manchester from 1985 to 1986, where they earned a Master of Education degree with a focus on Education for Developing Countries. Later, in 1993 to 1994, they attended Lancaster University to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Education in the field of Primary teaching.
