Ginger Haynes

Ginger Haynes is an experienced professional in the field of genetic counseling and medical affairs, currently serving as Field Medical Director and Senior Manager of Medical Affairs at Guardant Health since July 2021. Previously, Ginger has held the position of Sr Manager Genomic Science Liaison at Ambry Genetics since July 2014, managing Oncology Genetic Specialists across the Western United States and supporting sales teams while educating clinical clients on genetic testing solutions. From July 2005 to July 2014, Ginger worked as a Genetics Counselor at Denver Health, where responsibilities included facilitating genetic counseling for high-risk prenatal patients, conducting risk assessments, and implementing new screening technologies. Ginger holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Regis University, a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical and Biological Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
