Lee Meryash

Lee Meryash is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Since 2018, Meryash has served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ambry Genetics, following a tenure as Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Meryash co-founded Greenfaro, where responsibilities included creating risk management and compliance solutions for regulated start-ups and developing comprehensive policies across sectors. Earlier experience involved providing general legal counsel to start-up founders and negotiating complex contracts. Meryash holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School.
