Shuvendu Patra is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Unit Head of Anaya and Ganga Kutir at AmbujaNeotia since February 2015, Shuvendu oversees the entire operations of both premium properties. Prior experience includes managing operations as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Speciality Restaurants Pvt. Ltd, overseeing Mainland China in Chennai, and developing service knowledge as a Team Leader at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Shuvendu began a career with ITC Hotels, where responsibilities included being a departmental trainer and managing operations at the esteemed restaurant Peshwari. Education includes completing ICSE and ISC from Julien Day School and training at NIPS School of Hotel Management.
