Simon Visser

Simon Visser has over 30 years of extensive experience in emergency medical services and crisis management. Currently serving as the Expert Opgeschaalde Ambulancezorg & Evenementen at Ambulance Amsterdam B.V., Simon plays a pivotal role in crisis preparedness, ensuring the organization's readiness for emergencies. As a Crisis Coordinator and Team Manager at the same company, Simon oversees the operational aspects of ambulance care. Additionally, Simon has officiated volleyball matches at different levels and has taken on coaching responsibilities at AVV Keistad. Formerly a Manager at GGD Amsterdam, Simon has also worked as an ambulance nurse and emergency department nurse, building a solid foundation in healthcare. Simon is pursuing a Master's degree at the Politieacademie and has completed various training programs in management and healthcare.
