Ziad Nehme ASM has extensive experience in the field of emergency health and paramedicine, currently serving as the Director of the Centre for Research and Evaluation at Ambulance Victoria since May 2007, alongside roles as a Paramedic, Advanced Life Support, and Acting Director. At Monash University, Ziad is a Senior Research Fellow and Heart Foundation Future Leader Fellow, and also holds the position of Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the Department of Community Emergency Health and Paramedic Practice. Ziad's previous experience includes serving as a Director for Student Paramedics Australasia from 2007 to 2010, contributing to the professional development of paramedic students. Ziad's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Epidemiology and multiple degrees in Emergency Health and Clinical Research Methods from Monash University.
