Jon van Valkenburg

Jon Van Valkenburg, CASC, serves as the Executive Director at Upstate Orthopedics Ambulatory Surgery Center since June 2011. In addition to this role, Jon is a member of the Board of Directors for both the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and the New York State Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Previously, Jon held the position of President at the Dewitt Fire District from October 2014 to December 2021 and worked as Branch Operations Manager at Platinum Home Mortgage. Jon's extensive experience also includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Secondary Marketing, and Secondary Marketing Specialist at Greystone Financial Group. Jon began a career in finance as a Loan Officer at HCI Mortgage and Home Funding Finders, Inc. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester, earned between 1999 and 2003.
