Randy Berholtz

Randy Berholtz is an accomplished business leader and attorney with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at Orbit Genomics since January 2018, Berholtz has played a key role in business strategy. In addition to serving as a Board Member for Eysz and Chairman of the Board for both RORA Biologics, Inc. and Ambulero, Berholtz is a Senior Advisor at Mesa Verde Ventures, LLC and a Partner at Ventac Partners, focusing on life sciences consulting and venture capital. Berholtz held the position of Executive Vice President at Innovus Pharmaceuticals from January 2017 to May 2020 and previously founded Sorrento Valley Law Group, providing legal counsel in various sectors.
