Tina Wingsternes

Tina Wingsternes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tina started their career in 2010 as a part-time manager and co-worker at Kaffebaren AS. Tina then worked as an HR Consultant and Recruitment Specialist at Rolls-Royce from 2013 to 2014, through a temporary project position with Manpower. From 2014 to 2015, they held the role of Kundekonsulent i Manpower AS Møre og Romsdal at Manpower Norway. In 2015, they became a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup Solutions Norway, and later transitioned to the position of Recruitment Manager until 2017. In 2017, Tina joined Amby as a Recruitment Specialist, where they assisted Norwegian and international companies in recruitment and consultancy services. Tina also worked as the Head of Assessment for two years before becoming a Manager in April 2019. At Amby, they led a team of ambitious consultants and had P&L responsibility for the team. In 2018, Tina worked as a Recruitment Advisor (Consultant) at Telenor until 2021. In 2020, they briefly served as a Tech Recruiter (Consultant) at Varner. Currently, Tina holds the position of Principal Manager at Amby since June 2022. Additionally, they joined TV 2 as a Delivery Lead from July 2022 to May 2023.

Tina Wingsternes received their Bachelor of Science in International Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School in 2009. Tina then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School in 2013. In 2011, they briefly studied Corporate Finance at EDHEC Business School. Prior to that, they attended Fudan University in 2008-2009, specializing in International Marketing Management. Tina completed their secondary education at Ulstein Videregående Skole from 2002 to 2005.
