Savanna Williams

Savanna Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and graphic design. Savanna is currently working as the Director of User Experience at AMC Health, where they lead user research and UI design for the company's products. Prior to this, they worked as a UI/UX Designer at AMC Health, where they conducted research sessions with users and developed wireframes and prototypes for testing.

Before joining AMC Health, Savanna owned and led a team of freelancers as a Graphic Designer at The Digital Download Shop. Savanna launched the company's Shopify website and developed its design systems, resulting in a 1% increase in conversion. Additionally, they worked as a UX Designer at A Cultivated Nest, leading a website redesign project that reduced the bounce rate by 7%.

In their earlier career, Savanna worked as a Freelance Illustrator and 2D Animator, creating artwork and animations for individuals and companies. Savanna Williams has pursued a diverse education background, with a focus on fields such as design, user experience, computer programming, and animation. In 2010, they attended the Savannah College of Art and Design for two years, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Savanna then transferred to the Academy of Art University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects in 2013. Following this, they enrolled in Animation Mentor in 2013 and completed a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Character Animation in 2014.

Savanna further expanded their skills in computer programming through various certification programs. In 2020, they completed the Front End Web Development Techdegree from Treehouse and received a Certificate of Completion in Web Development Career Track from Codecademy. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Front End Web Development from Treehouse in September 2020.

More recently, in 2020, Savanna attended Lesley University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Design for User Experience.
