Prarthana Johnson is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience and product design across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Cochlear since June 2025, Prarthana focuses on enhancing the Connected Care portfolio to improve experiences for patients and healthcare professionals in regulated environments. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Unlikely Path, a strategic design consultancy, Prarthana partners with organizations to simplify complex design challenges. Previous roles include Head of Design in multiple capacities at Atlassian, where Prarthana shaped cross-product experiences, and leadership positions at companies like SoundCloud, Microsoft, and Shopify. Prarthana holds an MFA in Media Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a BFA in Computer Art & Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
