Crystil Graves

Crystil Graves, AINS, AIC, currently serves as a Risk Manager at AMC Theatres, overseeing General Liability and Workers Compensation claim operations and assisting with the company's insurance program since April 2016. Previously, Crystil worked as a Risk Analyst at The Bean Coffee Co. and owned two businesses, Collar Pet Boutique and The Bean Coffee Co., where responsibilities included crafting business plans and establishing operational frameworks. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at AIG, where management of a large team and oversight of essential transactions occurred, and as a Reinsurance Claims Analyst and Examiner at Swiss Re, focusing on claims adjudication and compliance audits. Crystil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a minor in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
