Jenna Biron

Jenna Biron has a diverse professional background with significant experience in client services and operations. At AMCA, from October 2023 to March 2024, Jenna served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and also held the position of Client Service Executive. Prior to this, from September 2020 to August 2023, Jenna worked as a Senior Operations Representative at Capital One, focusing on credit card fraud prevention and demonstrating expertise in over 13 skill areas. Jenna's career began at Concentrix, where Jenna was a Customer Service Representative from September 2018 to February 2020. Academically, Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Development Management from the Lyceum of Alabang, and a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Perpetual Help System JONELTA.
