Alexandra Gibbons

Alexandra Gibbons is an experienced administrative professional with a demonstrated history of supporting high-level executives in investment and healthcare settings. Currently serving as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and a Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners since February 2020, Alexandra also previously supported an investment team at the same firm and was an Executive Assistant at Spectrum Equity, where responsibilities included managing limited partner meetings and coordinating travel for executives. Alexandra's career began in healthcare as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy Counselor, providing patient care at McLean Hospital. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wheaton College and additional experience in roles ranging from caregiver to marketing assistant, Alexandra has developed a diverse skill set and strong organizational abilities.
