Pollyanna Cavalcanti

Pollyanna Cavalcanti has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources, leadership, and administration. Their most recent position was as the HR Director at Avantia - Tecnologia e Segurança since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Manager - People & Culture at the same company from March 2018 to February 2020. Pollyanna has also held leadership positions at Amcham-Brasil, where they served as the President of the HR Committee from June 2018 to January 2021, and will soon be the Vice President of the HR Committee starting in July 2023. Pollyanna has also held the role of Vice President at ABRH Pernambuco since July 2022. Pollyanna gained extensive experience at Grupo Provider, where they held multiple roles such as HR and Administrative Director, Corporate Human Resources Manager, Marketing and Relationship Manager, and Operations Manager. Pollyanna also worked at Unibanco as the Canais Alternativos/Telemarketing Manager, and at Hipercard as a Training Analyst.

Pollyanna Cavalcanti holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. Pollyanna pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they earned an MBA in Gestão Empresarial. Additionally, they completed a course in Change Management at Maastricht School of Management and another course in Gestão de Negócios na Era Digital at CESAR School. Pollyanna also attended Harris Academy for a period of three years.
