Gary Szymanski

Gary Szymanski has extensive work experience in the packaging industry. Gary currently works at Amcor as a Senior Commercial Director, responsible for sales and marketing for the North American Beverage Business Unit's large National Accounts. Prior to that, they worked at O-I as a Global Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, where they led and grew global spirit sales to Beam Suntory and managed the MillerCoors account. Before O-I, Gary was the VP and Business Unit Manager at Mold-Rite Plastics, where they set strategies to achieve growth objectives in the Healthcare Category. Gary also worked at Closure Systems International as a National Account Manager, negotiating a contract with PepsiCo. At O-I, Gary held various roles including Account Executive, National Account Manager, Administrative Manager, Controller, and Business Analyst. In these roles, they managed multiple large complex food accounts, led new business development initiatives, and implemented cost control and reduction efforts.

Gary Szymanski obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
