Justin Zeamer

Justin Zeamer is an experienced engineering professional specializing in continuous improvement and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Amcor since November 2024, Justin previously held roles including Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer at Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at AriensCo. At Oshkosh Defense, Justin progressed through various engineering positions, ultimately leading as a Lead Process Engineer and contributing to achieving VPP Star status for the facility. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at GE Healthcare where process optimization was a primary focus, as well as roles at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and Oshkosh Corporation, where skills in design and analysis were developed. Justin holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
