Rajarshi Chakravorty

Rajarshi Chakravorty serves as the Centre Head at Amdocs, leading over 1800 employees at the Gurgaon development center since November 2016. With a focus on transforming Amdocs Gurgaon into a high-performing Global In-house Center and enhancing the company's capabilities in emerging technologies, Rajarshi has significantly contributed to Amdocs' leadership position in the industry. Prior experience includes leadership roles in HR at Dodgshun Medlin and multiple positions at Amdocs, where responsibilities spanned regional HR operations across Asia Pacific and Cyprus, as well as strategic HR support in India. Rajarshi's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University.
