Emir's expertise is further underscored by a tenure as an Independent Energy Expert for the European Commission and roles in project development and management at Veolia from 2011 to 2017. Emir holds multiple master's degrees in Strategy and Management of International Business from both ESSEC Business School and the National University of Singapore, an Executive Programme in Project and Infrastructure Finance from London Business School, and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
