Toni Lackowski

Toni Lackowski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2003, Toni gained professional healthcare experience through various roles in different companies. In 2009, Toni worked as an Assistant Case Manager at Ringler Associates until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Toni served as a Business Development and Contract Marketing Manager at Vail Insurance Services. In 2013, Toni briefly worked as a Business Development and Public Relations Analyst at ProGreen SLS. From 2014 to 2018, Toni worked at Preferred Healthcare Staffing, initially as a Staffing Account Manager and later as a Senior Manager of Recruitment Operations. In 2018, Toni joined Aya Healthcare as an Allied Account Manager and later took on the roles of Allied Account Executive and MSP Allied Account Executive. In 2020, Toni joined TRS Healthcare as a Client Services Director, a role held until 2021 when Toni became the Associate Director of Contracts. Additionally, Toni is the Owner of Taylored Marketing and Design since 2012.

In 2022, Toni enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and completed the Harvard Kennedy School - Public Leadership Credential (PLC) program, focusing on Public Policy Analysis. During the same year, Toni also completed the Harvard Kennedy School - Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles Certificate.

From 2021 to 2022, Toni studied at Harvard Business School Online and pursued the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health - Public Health and Business Leadership (PHBL) program.

Toni holds a Master of Business Analytics - MBA degree from the University of San Diego, which was obtained before 2015. Prior to that, Toni obtained a Master of Business Management (MBM) degree from the University of Phoenix, completed before 2011.

In 2007, Toni graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Political Science and International Relations. Before that, Toni studied Social Science, A.A. in Political Science, International Relations/Comparative Politics at San Diego State University from 2004 to 2005.

In 2003, Toni attended Eastern Illinois University and studied Social Science, Liberal Arts and Sciences. In 2002, Toni pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Digital Media and Design from the College of Lake County.

In addition to these educational degrees, Toni has obtained various certifications. These include Career Wellness Nano Tips with Shadé Zahrai and Communicating as a Leader Nano Tips with Jessica Chen from LinkedIn in February 2023. In December 2022, Toni completed the HarvardX - Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles program on edX.
