Elizabeth Colvin Buckley

Elizabeth Colvin Buckley, RN, JD has extensive experience in compliance and risk management roles within the healthcare industry. Elizabeth began their career at Oakwood Healthcare in 2011, where they worked as a Nurse/Attorney until 2014. From there, they joined Trinity Health At Home in 2014 and served as the Chief Compliance Officer until 2020. During their tenure at Trinity Health At Home, they also held the positions of Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management. In 2020, they transitioned to Amedisys, where they currently hold the role of Vice President of Compliance.

Elizabeth Colvin Buckley, RN, JD received their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Grand Valley State University in 1994. Elizabeth later pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Wayne State University Law School, graduating in 2004. In addition to their formal education, Elizabeth also holds certifications as a Certified Healthcare Compliance professional, obtained from the HCCA organization, and as a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager.
