Luisa Botero Vergara

Luisa Vergara is a Senior Sports Trader at Amelco Limited since September 2023 and brings extensive experience from Genius Sports Group, where roles included Team Lead for Served Sports Trading, Product Supervisor for US Sports Trading, and Sports Trader from April 2017 to August 2023. Prior to that, Luisa held an internship focused on research, development, and innovation at South Pole from October 2020 to April 2021, and served as a Research Assistant at Universidad Nacional de Colombia between September 2017 and March 2018. An environmental engineering apprentice at C.I. UNIBÁN S.A. in 2016, Luisa also worked as a Research Assistant and Academic Monitor on Soil Chemistry at Universidad Nacional de Colombia from March 2015 to January 2016. Luisa holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia (2011-2017), a Master’s degree in Agribusiness Innovation from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (2020-2022), and is currently pursuing continued education in Business at Platzi (2020-2034).
