Wing Ng

Wing Ng is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Network Engineer II at IPsoft since April 2011, Wing specializes in escalation support for customers and has expertise in network technologies such as Layer 2 switch stacks, VLANs, and redundancy protocols. Previous roles include a Network Engineer for Cisco Remote Operation Services, providing monitoring and support for global networks, and a Global Service Desk Analyst at Burberry, delivering technical support in a high-paced environment. Wing's foundational experience includes positions at New York City College of Technology as a Technician and Tech Support Specialist, as well as an Associate Network Engineer intern at Presidio Networked Solutions.
