Eric Rudary

Eric Rudary has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they worked as an Outdoor Operations employee at Grantwood Golf Course. The following year, they were a Golf Instructor at The Golf Dome. From 2015 to 2017, they held three positions at General Electric (GE): Parts Distribution Co-Op, PC- Project Planning & Management, and Purchasing Co-Op. Additionally, during this time, they were a Purchasing Co-Op at Toyota North America, where they developed and analyzed Tier 2 to Tier 1 fastener data, created an FPS pilot program, and completed and passed Toyota's International Advanced Stamping Training Program. From 2017 to present, they have been an Operations Excellence Practice Leader, Senior Project Leader, Project Leader - Business Transformation Specialist, and Senior Analyst - Operations Turnaround at AMEND Consulting. During this role, they have led and facilitated numerous kaizen events that have increased annual revenue by $350,000 (EBITDA) at a Chemical Dispensing Equipment Co. by implementing new changeover techniques and influencing changes in the shop floor layout.

Eric Rudary received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Solon High School from 2009 to 2013.
