Melissa Kiihnl Warncke

Melissa Kiihnl Warncke has over 16 years of work experience, beginning with Cintas in 2004. As Manager of Customer Experience/Innovation, they led large scale and strategic projects to improve the customer experience and optimize profitability assessments. Melissa also served as a Six Sigma Black Belt for Strategic Projects, driving improvements in sales and internal growth throughout the division.

In 2016, Melissa returned to Cintas as a Customer Analytics Consultant and was entrusted as the de-facto Customer Analytics department director to transform the department from a reporting function to a majority strategic analytics role. Melissa implemented new software and machine learning platforms, conducted bottom-up data audits, reframed data sources, and simplified senior leadership decisions by developing an executive dashboard.

In 2020, Melissa joined AMEND Consulting as a Senior Project Leader, leading talent-rich teams of data scientists, business analysts, and operational experts to address a variety of customer challenges. Through the development of roadmaps that cover strategy, data and reporting, process improvement and management systems/KPIs, they lead teams to drive meaningful impact to the company's clients' businesses.

Melissa Kiihnl Warncke obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Miami University between 1993 and 1997. Melissa also holds certifications in Blue Belt, Innovation Engineering from Eureka! Ranch, Outcome Driven Innovation from Strategyn, and Six Sigma Black Belt from Cintas.
