Tal Horovits, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, Tal worked as a Budget Analyst in the Budget Department at the Ministry of Defence, where they managed and supervised the annual budget of the Technology and Logistics Directorate. In 2010, Tal joined the Israel Defense Forces and became the Head of the IDF academy for Economics & Budget, where they established and directed the first military academy for budget and finance officers. Tal also implemented innovative procedures and workshops to promote efficiency and expenses reduction in the IDF.
In 2013, Tal took on roles in two different organizations. Firstly, they were the Director of Professional Training for the Government of Israel - Procurement Mission to the U.S., where they established an organization-wide professional training program. Tal also served as the Procurement Officer for Israel Aerospace Industries, managing US-based defense procurement projects. During this time, Tal handled multimillion-dollar budgets and was responsible for the entire purchasing process.
From 2013 to 2017, Tal served as the Founder and active Chairman of the AMI Association, Labor Union of the Israeli Diplomatic Support Staff, negotiating a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Israeli Government and providing employment-related assistance to union members.
In 2018, Tal joined the Zicklin School of Business as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant, where they assisted in a course on business and society, designed course presentations, and provided feedback to students.
In 2018, Tal also joined Amenity Analytics, starting as a Data Scientist and progressing to various roles including Director of CX and NYC Operations and most recently, the VP of CX & Ops.
Tal Horovits, MBA, pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2017 to 2019 at the Zicklin School of Business. During this time, they focused on Information Systems and Finance as their field of study. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Legal Studies for Economics Graduates from Bar-Ilan University, with attendance spanning from 2008 to 2010. Tal Horovits began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Management from the academic college Tel-Hai, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
