Amy Pungirum

Amy Pungirum is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sales management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Amentum since October 2024, Amy previously held similar managerial roles at Jacobs from December 2020 to October 2024, where optimization of recruitment processes was a key focus. Prior to Jacobs, Amy worked as a Travel Coordinator at ECS and spent several years at Lodging Source as Senior Manager of Sales and New Business Development, as well as Corporate Travel Specialist. Amy's career began at Candlewood Suites as Director of Sales, after which there was a tenure as Promotions Producer at Fox 10. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of South Alabama, earned between 2000 and 2005.
