Elisa Dalton, MBA, CP APMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capture and proposal management across various sectors. Currently serving as Proposal Director at Amentum, Elisa leads large, complex proposals for the Critical Missions Business Group. Previously, as Director of Capture and Proposal Management at Socure, Elisa initiated operations for federal and SLED proposals, focusing on pipeline building and partnerships. Elisa's tenure at Maximus as Senior Director of Global Pursuit Operations involved enhancing win rates through the establishment of a Center of Proposal Excellence. Additional roles include Area Marketing Manager at Brown and Caldwell, Director of Communications & Alumni Relations at the University of Colorado School of Law, Marketing Communications Director at the Electric Power Research Institute, Senior Proposal & Marketing Manager at ICF International, and Publications Director at DynCorp International. Elisa holds an MBA in Information Management from Marymount University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington.
