Phebe C. Swope

Phebe C. Swope is an experienced technology professional with extensive expertise as a Systems Administrator and IT Manager. Currently employed at Jacobs since March 2018, Phebe specializes in building and securing Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems for simulation software. As Director of Training for the Information Systems Security Association since April 2021, Phebe contributes to cybersecurity education.
