Adam Yearsley

Adam Yearsley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adam has held leadership positions in talent management and engagement at companies such as Amer Sports and Siemens Energy. Adam has also served as the Global Head of Talent Management at Red Bull, where they focused on attracting the right candidates and fostering a high-performance culture. Additionally, they have worked as an Adjunct Professor at Ashridge Executive Education and a Lecturer at ThePower Business School. Adam has also been involved in talent management research and development as an Advisory Board Member at Hogan Assessment Systems. Prior to this, they held positions in talent management and organizational development at Western Union and worked as a Consultant, specializing in talent management, at Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands B.V. and Scicom (MSC) Bhd. Adam's expertise also includes psychological assessment and recruitment consultancy, demonstrated during their time at Hallis.

Adam Yearsley attended Woodleigh from 1986 to 1990. Adam then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Deakin University from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they completed a Master of Arts in Psychology (organisational) at Bond University from 1998 to 2000.
