Kai Bahlmann

Kai Bahlmann has over two decades of work experience, starting as a student in practical phases at Hoechst Trespaphan GmbH, where they analyzed existing procedures in a spare parts warehouse and identified optimization potential. Kai then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Trespaphan GmbH before joining Orbis AG as an SAP-Consultant Logistics Execution. Bahlmann then moved on to Amer Sports Europe Services GmbH, where they held various roles, including Logistics and DC Manager Europe, DSC Europe Manager, Director D&T EMEA, Director D&T EMEA Operations, and most recently, Vice President Warehousing. Throughout their career, Bahlmann has accomplished several projects and achievements, such as reorganizing the D&T team, building a multinational team of specialists, transforming DC operations into omni-channel setup, implementing new automation technology, setting up a central omni-channel returns warehouse, and managing the Corona crisis without service interruption.

Kai Bahlmann completed their education in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen with a Diplom (FH) degree from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes (HTW) between 1995 and 1999. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they studied Ingenieurwesen at Universität Kaiserslautern without obtaining a degree.
