Karen Flanagan

Karen Flanagan's work experience began in 1998 at Qualcomm, where they worked as an HR Representative until 2002. In 2007, they joined Volt Delta Ltd as an HR Manager before moving on to Amer Sports Corporation later that year. At Amer Sports, they held several roles including HR Manager UK, HR Manager North Europe, HR Director North & South Europe, GTM, HR Director Sales & D2C EMEA GTM, HR Services Director & HRBP Portfolio Markets (inc APAC), and most recently, Global HR Director, Global Sales Development.

Karen Flanagan obtained an Intermediate Certificate in Coach-Mentoring from OCM/Oxford Brooks University in 2011-2012. From 1998-2000, they attended Farnborough College of Technology, although the specific degree obtained was not provided. In 1981-1983, Karen obtained a Private Secretary's Certificate from Brooklands Technical College, which was accredited by the London Chamber of Commerce.
