Miika Temisevä

Miika Temisevä has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Miika started their career as a Master thesis researcher at the Finnish Forest Research Institute in 2007. Miika then worked at Hay Group as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and eventually became the Manager of Reward Information Services. In 2012, they joined UPM as a Compensation and Benefits Manager.

In 2015, Miika joined Amer Sports and held various roles within the company. Miika served as the Director of Performance & Reward, where they had global responsibility for total reward and performance management. Miika also became the Director of HR Operations, leading HR systems and services, performance and rewards practices, global mobility services, and corporate headquarters site operations. Miika's most recent role at Amer Sports is the Senior HR Director for Group Functions & Strategic Programs, where they lead HR partnership for the COO and CFO organizations and smaller corporate functions of over 1500 employees. Miika also leads strategic projects and collaborates closely with the company's top management and board representatives.

Miika Temisevä attended the University of Helsinki from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Forest and Environmental Economics.
