Neil Kashishian

Neil Kashishian currently serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Amer Sports since January 2024. Previously, Neil held significant roles at Amazon from September 2019 to August 2023, including Principal Product Manager, focused on Free Cash Flow initiatives in the EU Retail/Fashion team, and Senior Manager overseeing EU Tax program management. Prior experience includes Head of Transformation Portfolio Management at Allianz Services and Associate Director at EY, where Neil led large-scale business transformation programs. Earlier in the career, Neil worked as a Technical Consultant at IBI Group and as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Deloitte. Neil's academic background includes an MSc in Geographic Information Science from University College London and a BA in Geography from University College Dublin.
