Andrea Richards

Andrea Richards has over 28 years of work experience in various roles related to supply chain, order fulfillment, business systems delivery, and solution architecture. Andrea currently serves as the Director of Business Systems Delivery at AmerCareRoyal, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, Andrea worked as a Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment Consultant at A-M-R Consulting from 2020 to 2022.

From 2018 to 2020, Andrea was a Solution Architect/Business Analyst (Contract) at Oxford Global Resources, where they collaborated with Lands' End professionals to implement the IBM Sterling Enterprise Order Management Suite. Their responsibilities included leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting business processes, and providing post go-live support.

Before joining Oxford Global Resources, Andrea worked as a Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment Consultant at A-M-R Consulting in 2018. In this role, they provided consultation services for various clients in optimizing their supply chain and order fulfillment processes.

Andrea's earlier experience includes serving as a Client Account Manager at Bridge Solutions Group from 2017 to 2018, where they worked with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identified opportunities for revenue growth. Andrea also held multiple roles at Bridge Solutions Group as a Senior Managing Consultant from 2012 to 2017, where they were involved in sales, software implementation, and project management.

Prior to that, Andrea worked as a Solution Consultant at RedPrairie (now JDA) from 2009 to 2012, and as a Solutions Engineer at SAP from 2007 to 2009. Andrea also had an extensive tenure at Sterling Commerce (now IBM), where they served as a Sr. Solution Engineer from 2005 to 2007 and as a Sr. Software Instructor from 1997 to 2005.

Andrea's earliest work experience includes roles as a Warehouse Manager at Appleseed's from 1994 to 1997, and as a Warehouse Supervisor at Timberland from 1993 to 1994.

Andrea Richards obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications. Andrea became certified in IBM Sterling Supply Chain Sales Foundation in November 2021 through IBM. In April 2020, they completed a certification titled "Setting Up a PMO" from LinkedIn, and in June 2018, they completed a certification on "Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum" also from LinkedIn.
