Randall Thoroman

Randall Thoroman is an experienced leader at Ameren, holding several key positions since 2004, currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Energy Programs since May 2012. Randall has directed major projects such as the Digital Field Experience, a collaborative venture with Ameren Missouri and Ameren Transmission that focuses on enhancing work management and technology platforms. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Work and Asset Management and Manager of Work & Asset Management, where Randall oversaw initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiencies and implementing modernization programs. Randall's extensive experience is complemented by educational qualifications including a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
