Robert Haire

Robert Haire, III is an experienced legal operations professional with a strong background in strategic planning and management. Since August 2018, Robert has served as the Director of Legal Operations at Ameren, where responsibilities include leading the Legal Department Leadership team to ensure effective delivery of legal services and supporting the department through various strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Robert managed the Legal Department Operations at Scottrade, Inc. from 2008 to 2017, overseeing daily operations and financial reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Donnell Smith & Associates, LLC and as a Business Manager/Paralegal at the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. Robert holds an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
