Douglas Foy

Douglas Foy is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in environmental and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Ameresco since July 2010, Foy also holds the position of Chairman at Rainbank and Director at Greener U, Inc. since 2009. In addition, Foy has been President of Serrafix Corporation since 2006 and a Director at Acumentrics Corporation since 2005. Previous roles include Secretary at Commonwealth Development where Foy oversaw the agencies of Environment, Transportation, Housing, and Energy from 2003 to 2006, and President of the Conservation Law Foundation from 1977 to 2002. Foy holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Princeton University, complemented by studies at the University of Cambridge.
