Janice DeBarros has a comprehensive work experience. Janice started their career as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from February 1978 to April 1986. Following that, they worked at Citizens Conservation Services as Vice President from 1992 to 2000. Later, they joined Ameresco, Inc. where they held various roles, including Vice President from June 2000 to September 2020, and currently, they serve as a Senior Advisor.
Janice DeBarros completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and French at Meredith College. Janice later pursued further education at Yale University, where they earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and a Master of Sacred Theology (S.T.M.) degree in the fields of philosophy and theology.
