Mark Fowler

Mark Fowler currently serves as the Senior Director of Government Relations at Ameresco, a position held since August 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives from August 2014 to July 2019, where Mark advised on energy, environment, and agriculture policy for a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Mark also worked as Recruitment Manager at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute from February 2014 to September 2016, focusing on empowering young professionals in the clean energy sector. Earlier career experience encompasses multiple roles, including Policy Aide, Legislative Correspondent, and Staff Assistant in the United States Senate from May 2011 to August 2014. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
