Disha Mandanna

Disha Mandanna has a diverse work experience in the field of technology consulting and project management. Disha has worked at multiple companies, including Ameri100, DXC Technology, Deloitte Consulting, and Capgemini Consulting.

At Ameri100, Disha currently holds the position of Project Manager starting in October 2022.

During their time at DXC Technology from 2018 to 2022, Disha served as a Technology Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR ABAP Development team and ensuring schedule, budget, and quality accountability. Disha also acted as a business analyst and solution architect, bridging the gap between the client business and the offshore team. Additionally, Disha introduced a Global COE delivery model and Change Advisory Board, which improved efficiency and productivity. Disha demonstrated expertise in evaluating technical feasibility and developing complex Object requirements in SAP ABAP and HR ABAP.

Prior to DXC Technology, Disha worked at Deloitte Consulting from 2011 to 2018. Disha initially joined as a Business Technology Analyst, supporting HR applications in ABAP. Later, they became a Consultant and played a crucial role in building the HR ABAP/ABAP Technology for the Application Management Service line. Disha also provided support and assistance for various HR modules, including benefits, personnel administration, organization management, and payroll.

Disha's professional journey began with an internship at Capgemini Consulting, where they worked on the "Project Management Office" project. Their responsibilities involved data analysis and generating reports in collaboration with Warner bros.

Disha Mandanna completed their primary and secondary education at Sophia High School from 1995 to 2005. Later, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Information Science at Siddaganga Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011.
