Anna Ghalayan has a diverse work experience history. Anna currently works as a Supporter at the 120K Project, a position they have held since July 2023. Previously, they worked at Ameriabank CJSC as a Digital Solutions Business Analyst, starting in April 2022. Anna'sresponsibilities included liaising between the Innovation and digital department and the business units and exploring and analyzing best practices of banking new technologies, digital solutions, and software.

From September 2019 to April 2022, Anna Ghalayan worked at Rosgosstrakh Armenia, where they served as the Head of Methodology and Analysis Division. Anna'stasks involved leading and managing the division, conducting quarterly insurance market analyses, and analyzing the company's insurance products. Before their promotion, they held roles as the Chief Specialist and Leading Specialist in the same division. From September 2014 to June 2016, they worked as a Specialist in the New Products Development Division, where they determined the feasibility of developing new insurance products and made changes to the terms and conditions of existing products.

Anna Ghalayan also served as a Visiting Lecturer at the French College in Armenia Foundation for a brief period from January 2016 to June 2016. In addition, they briefly worked as an Administrator of the Insurance Claim Centre at Rosgosstrakh Armenia in May 2014.

Anna Ghalayan's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Insurance, which they obtained from the Armenian State University of Economics from 2008 to 2012. Anna then pursued a Master's degree in Insurance at the same university from 2012 to 2014. Afterwards, Anna Ghalayan continued their education as a Ph.D. candidate in Finance and Accounting, specifically in the Chair of Banking and Insurance, at the Armenian State University of Economics from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Anna Ghalayan has also obtained several certifications. Anna obtained a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute in October 2021. Anna also completed the Leadership Mapping Assessment Program (LMAP) offered by grow edutainment in December 2015. Furthermore, they have participated in various conferences and festivals, including the First European & Asian Conference on Systems and Business Analysis organized by Analyst Days EU in October 2022 and the Summer Analytical Festival (ЛАФ) hosted by the Society of Analysts in June 2022. Lastly, they obtained the Quick Start Guide to SQL certification from LinkedIn in May 2023.
