Carlos Alberto Mendoza Saucedo has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at América Móvil since July 2008 as a Corporative Systems Manager. Carlos Alberto is responsible for implementing and developing hardware and software projects in multiple countries and implementing ITIL methodology for assurance processes. Prior to this role, Carlos Alberto worked at Telmex for over a decade as Chief of Administrative Systems, overseeing the implementation and development of CRM and provision systems for Teléfonos de México.
