Rafael Aguilar Cruz

Rafael Aguilar Cruz has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Jefe de Ingeniería, Integración y Atención a Quejas Vip for América Móvil since July 2009 and previously as a Project Manager. Prior to this role, Rafael worked at Telmex Internacional as an Especialista Explotación from June 2007 to June 2009 and at Telmex as a Supervisor Planta Externa from June 2005 to June 2007. Rafael holds a degree in Ingeniero en Comunicaciones y Electrónica from Esime Culhuacan, obtained between 1997 and 2002, as well as a Técnico en Sistemas Digitales from Cecty 3 Estanislao Ramirez Ruiz, completed from 1994 to 1997.
