Jessica Lamboy

Jessica Lamboy, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the NJ Program Manager at America Needs You, where efforts focus on providing mentorship and career development for first-generation college students. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Bristol Myers Squibb and various positions at The College of New Jersey, including Human Resources Business Partner, where Jessica managed recruitment cycles and developed training programs. Jessica also led the creation of a Staff Mentoring Program and co-chaired the Women's Professional Network to support female staff and faculty. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership from The College of New Jersey, along with a Master’s in World History from Monmouth University and a Bachelor’s in History from The College of New Jersey.
