Usman Javid

Usman Javid is currently an intern at The Knowledge House Fellowship Inc., participating in The Karim Kharbouch Coding Fellowship, a year-long paid virtual training program. As a Tech Flex Leader at America On Tech, Usman is involved in a web development fellowship, completing 160 hours of instruction in various web technologies while developing a technology project portfolio. Usman serves as a Student Leader/Scholar in the National Honor Society, maintaining a GPA above 3. Additionally, Usman is a Student Fellow at The Opportunity Network, gaining professional development skills through workshops. Usman has volunteered as a Youth Leader in the New York City Police Department's Law Enforcement Explorers program and has held roles in technology-related internships, including at One Police Plaza. Other experiences include web development at Design Martians Inc. and conducting community outreach with Dominicanos USA. Usman has also engaged in creative projects, such as designing a sweatshirt with Nike, and has a strong educational background at Hillside Arts And Letters Academy.
