Anthony Perno

Anthony Perno serves as the Vice-President of Real Estate and Development at American Academic Health System since 2018, overseeing a corporate real estate portfolio that includes St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Drexel University Medical School, and Hahnemann University Hospital within a 4000-employee healthcare organization. Prior to this role, Perno was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Coopers Ferry Partnership from 1999 to 2018, where leadership facilitated the execution of community and economic development strategies resulting in over $2B in new private real estate investment in Camden.
