Jake Rivers

Jacob Rivers serves as the Curatorial and Programs Manager at the American Academy in Rome since December 2022, previously holding the position of Program Manager at The Hannah Arendt Center for Politics and the Humanities from October 2020 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant To The Director at The Frost Place (September 2018 - October 2020), Graduate Teaching Assistant at New England College (2018 - August 2020), Administrative Assistant at FLS International - English Language Schools (November 2017 - August 2018), and Research Assistant at Suffolk University (May 2017 - May 2018). Jacob Rivers is currently pursuing a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor at Suffolk University and holds an MFA in Creative Writing from New England College, along with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Suffolk University.
